I believe the best experience is created using the right technology, from building generative AI tools that cut operational costs by 90% to designing an AI-powered speech-to-text system for in-flight entertainment that makes air travel accessible for deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers, I bring both user-centered design, strategic vision, and technical expertise to every initiative.
